“ Definitely top three Italian places in Kaohsiung. The wet-aged steak is a must order if you’re a fan of steak. Portions are rather small, so recommend order a bit more to share. Flavors are on point, and great to pair with wine as it’s northern Italian cuisine with richer flavors. Service quality however, does not quite match the food. Staff are not paying enough attention to customers, I’ve had to wait quite a while for help a few times. And not very understanding of customer requests. Overall, would recommend this place if you’re looking for great quality Italian food. (not that Taiwanese style pasta bs) Have patience for the staff.. ”

“ I am Italian and I was very curious to try this restaurant. The food is really good: from appetizers to pasta, from main dishes to dessert everything tasted pretty authentic. We ordered the ham & stracciatella salad, gnocchi with beef and saffron sauce, risotto al nero di seppia and oven baked fish. Gnocchi and risotto were perfectly cooked and flavorful. Service: friendly and kind! Things that could be improved: provide water (we had to ask more than once for it) and knives (when you eat meat or fish, you need them). Atmosphere: elegant and relaxed, there is a lot of space between tables, nice Italian music! If you want to try real Italian food, you should visit this restaurant! ”

“ Fantastic, authentic Italian cooking. Having spent a few months in Italy, it was refreshing to eat real Italian food in Taiwan, not just pasta in sauce. We had the set lunch, which was great value. Ordered both handmade pasta dishes, and the beef ragu was sublime. Finished off with a tiramisu and a strong coffee. Wish we could go back! ”
